A walk in Lienz

Talking about our little trip in Lienz, on Sunday we had a huge breakfast, and we have to walk, and we went to see the castle, by day!
Lienz is a small but very cute city!
We had a great time,we ate Austrian food (that is always a gooood idea) and we breathed Christmas air!!!
There were no snow, but for me it really was cold!

This is where I turned 29....

I'm back, and I'm one year older!
For my 29th birthday, my sweet Mr took me to Austria!
So, we were into Nature for 3 days, and now, I woul love to live there!
We stayed in a good hotel, in Kartitsch, that was a little village, it reminded me the one of Heidi...

I cannot stop taking photos, I was so happy, so in love with that trees, with that houses, with that green grass, with that wide valleys...
I celebrate my birthday in a fantastic bakery, it is called "Kofler", and they have the best cakes in the world... :)

And after a break at Loacker, we arrived (a little tired) in Lienz, where we had a great Teutonic lunch (even if it was 4 p.m.), with bratwurst, beers.....I think I loved every single part of this weekend!

 

And we come back to Italy!

My first time in Austria

When Mr and I graduated we received a lot of smartbox, a kind of travel-gift-boxes.
Thanks to our graduation, we visited  Tuscany, Lago Maggiore, and Copenhagen (not with smartbox, but it was a gift...).
We had to use our last smartbox, so we spent our weekend to the mountains!!!
On Saturday, we met with some of our friends, and we decided to rent the bicycles and ride through the cycling lane San Candido-Lienz (about 49 km)....the landscape were breath-taking, and we really had a very great time!!
