Monday on holiday

Yesterday evening I was having a shower, and I had to make it fast because I was freezing.
Outside it's 4-5° C/ 36° F, and it's just the end of October!!!!! (that's why, on Sunday evening my boyfriend and I saw "A Christmas Carol", hihihihihihi!!!!!)

Anyway, it's strange being on holiday when everyone is at work. I have a lot of time for me. And just for me. For my thoughts, for my walks, for my photos .... and it's wonderful!
As soon as I learn how to update photos from my phone, I'll put here!!!

27th October

This last week passed too fast.
Yesterday I said goodbye to all my workmates, and I cried a lot. Because I'm really attached to them during these 5 months, because they are all good people: they teached me a lot of things, we laughed a lot, and I was really fine there.

But now I'm ready for a new chapter of my life.

• A smartphone yesterday came into my life, and now I have to try to learn how to use it

• I'm going to be on holiday next week

• and.......I'm probably going to start a brand new chapter of my life. So stay tuned!!!

Today my little little blog is one year old!!!!!!!!!

So, I really want to thank all of you who is following my adventures since so much time!
During this year, I met a lot of nice, funny, new-blog-friends (Amanda, Naomi....), and I'm happy to know that some of my "old" friends read this blog to know how my life goes on!

Friday

Friday has been a very strange day.
My boss talked to me at 5.20 pm (at the end of my day-work), and she said that I'm not going to work there.
No place for me there. I knew it, but you know....
So I went out, ready for an evening with friends, I was a little down, when I found a missed call of a number that I don't know on my phone. So I call them back and the number was of....!!!And they told me if I want to start to work with them.
Of course I say yes. yes. yes. yes.
The firm I'm going to work is set in Veneto, and is a clothing industry known all over the world.
I'm going to tell you the name of the firm when I'll sign.
So, these are my last days in the firm I'm working since may 2012. I'm sad because I've found wonderful people, but I'm thrilled for the new adventure that is waiting for me!!

.... at work: I made some messes (nothing severe, but I don't like to do wrong things...)
.....at work: my boss has to talk to me, almost surely about my work future in that firm (I think there will be no future for me there)
.....with boyfriend: we have to change our phone company having a smartphone (yes, yes, yes, technology will come in this house!!!), but boyfriend forgot our appointment, so no smartphone, but to be forgiven he bought some little cakes
.....I went downtown: and I BOUGHT NOTHING!!!!!! (even if I have one's eye on these)
.....I have a huge spot next my mouth
.....Thank God tomorrow is Friday!

Random thoughts

 - Yesterday I discover pinterest.
   And now I'm obsessed with it.
    It's wonderful, but I don't know how "my" pinterest would be, that's why I don't start it (in 2012....)

• Then, it's since a lot of time that I want to make "an outfit post" on my blog (like this, this, this,.....). But everytime I "suggest" my boyfriend to take some photos of me, well.......then when I see myself on the photo I don't like me! I think landscapes are better then me! But, the time of an outfit-post will came, I'm sure!!!

- I'm trying to be "zen" at work

• I've been able to save money for the entire month of September. And because I'm good at, I decided to do the same even during this month

- I need to sleep, more, that's why I'm going to sleep!

Last weekend

On Sunday my modem broke.
And I had so many photos to share with you....... and I had to wait for all this week to share them with you!!!!
Anyway, during this week I FINISHED THIS WORK!!!!!!!
Yes yes, now I really can talk about weekends!!!

This is what the first cold of the season makes me think

Ok, I always try to find the positive aspect of everything. But when it doesn't work, it doesn't work. Here you'll find the things that I really hate:
1. Talk to someone before having breakfast: I have to wake up slowly
2. Fog
3. Talk with people that I don't know at the phone (at work during the first period it was almost terrible)
4. Having colds
5. My hair after a shower
6. Fishes, grasshoppers, mosquitos
7. Weekends are too short
8. Watermelon
9. Losing sleep
10.Smoke
....  to be honest this list didn't come fluently to me. That's a good sign, isn't it?

PS: By Amanda'suggestion: I hate when people come into work sick.
I totally agree with her!!!

Bye Bye September!!!

I have two weeks for finishing this work . Not so much time, that's why I'm working hard on it!
Then, the firm where I'm "working" told me that they don't know if they could employ me at the end of November.
So, let's start with new job interviews!

This weekend passed too fast

Saturday: I change my summer wardrobe to autumn and winter (soooo many dark dresses....)then in the afternoon while I was soaking up the sun, I finished to read my book "Mockingjay", and I really really loved it!!!
Sunday: I took my bike for a ride, and in the afternoon I went to a Medioeval feast with boyfriend, and I bought some honey.
While I was biking I found a chestnut along the road.
I picked up it. My mum says that the first chestnut of the season, keeps away from you every illness.
Yesterday evening my boyfriend had fever, but I didn't.
Thumbs up for chestnuts!

Do you wanna know why I don't frequently update my blog?

Because I have to work for my Professor. And I work during the evenings and during weekends.

This is a parish register of 1816 where all the births of that year are written . My work is to copy in excel all these births (the period of years that I have to copy starts in 1816 and ends in 1870 . . .)
This isn't a very difficult work, but it's very long! Because during the day I work in a firm.
That's why (in this period) I don't update frequently my blog.

Deep thoughts

I really don't remember what I was thinking about when I made took this photo. I remember I was waiting for my boyfriend that went to the toilet, and I made took some photos trying to do something and not getting bored.
If you see this expression on my face now, it will mean these things:
1. Will I stay in the firm where I'm working, for a looong time? (I really hope so!!)
2. Today I waxed my legs: will be sunny on Sunday?
3. I have to finish to read the book I'm reading because my supercalifragilisticexpialidocious boyfriend gave me Mockingjay, the Third book of Hunger Games, as a present!!! And I cannot wait for reading it!
4. Am I going to eat some raspberries since I planted them on my terrace this summer?
5. I made a bet with myself: I haven't to spend my money buying clothes for the next  month (until October 1st).....this will be a very long month................
I know, these are very deep thoughts, I know.....that's why, now I'm going to sleep!!!

Un weekend per usare il nuovo regalo

Dopo 21 anni in cui OGNI settembre ricominciavo a studiare, questo sarà il primo settembre della mia vita in cui non dovrò entrare a scuola o all'università ogni singolo giorno. Il primo settembre in cui non dovrò studiare, in cui potrò godermi ogni singolo weekend.
Sono convinta ogni giorno di più che lavorare sia meglio che studiare. E visto che ho studiato per 21 anni, adesso dovrò solo aspettare altri 21 anni per dirvi se effettivamente è da preferirsi il lavoro allo studio....ad ogni modo....
.....questa domenica ho chiesto al mio Mister di portarmi in giro a fare delle foto, e mi ha portato lungo il Brenta, e non eravamo soli...c'era anche una piccola quadrupede!!!!

Eccola!!!
