Estate a due passi da casa

Nonostante il tempo a casa, trovo sempre qualcosa da fare, quindi la macchinetta è rimasta relegata nel suo posticino fino a stamattina.
Così ho fotografato l'estate.
Non l'estate azzurra del mare, o gialla dei campi di grano.
Ma l'estate verde.
L'estate che ho a due passi da casa.

Venerdì scorso il Mr ed io siamo andati al concerto di Levante a Padova.

Ho scoperto questa forza delle natura pochi mesi fa.

A Natale ho preso i biglietti per questo concerto e li ho regalati al mio Mr.

Non sono andata preparata, nel senso che non sapevo tutte le canzoni, ma mi sono emozionata così tante ma tante volte che non importa quante canzoni ho cantato.

Questa donna ha una forza, una voce, una potenza, uniche.

Ho cantato "Alfonso", "Gesù Cristo sono io", "Non me frega niente", "Abbi cura di te".

Ho pianto con "Le margherite sono salve".

E "Ciao per sempre": una meraviglia assoluta.

Come sempre, non ho fatto foto o video....perchè non vivere a pieno un momento perfetto?

Tramonti d'inverno

Ieri ho fatto la vita da elfo.

Ho impacchettato gli ultimi regali, ho guardato tutti i cartoni che davano alla televisione (Toy Story, Ribelle), e mi sono fatta travolgere (ancora di più) dalla magia del Natale.

Verso il primo pomeriggio, sono andata a camminare, e ho visto un tramonto magnifico.

Dovete sapere che al lavoro, io e un mio collega ci avvertiamo sempre quando c'è un bel tramonto.

Abbiamo l'ufficio al terzo piano, e ci sono un sacco di finestre.

Io, che vengo distratta anche da un piccolo granello di polvere danzante nell'aria, ho il tramonto di fronte a me, quindi me li guardo tutti.

Ieri però ho visto l'intero tramonto dall'argine.

Me lo sono potuta guardare tutto, fino a quando ho deciso che era buio e che non vedevo più niente.

E ho pensato che visti dal vivo, non sono niente male.

My bachelorette party at "Le Fiorine"

Gooood morning everyone!I'm happy to say that I'll be home for a few days!
Today is no-working day, because we remember when Italy became a Republic.

So, today I'm gonna tell you my bachelorette party.
Yes, I did it.
I'm not a huge fan of strip-tese and so on. I hate them. And my bridesmaids know this.
So they took me here.
It's an adventure park, where we walk in a path through the trees....wonderful!

After this, we went to a wonderful restaurant where you can eat the best gnocchi I've ever eaten!!!
We talked, we had a great time.
And this is all I ever wanted for my bachelorette party!

PS: The day after my muscles were crying....

Let it snow!

Yesterday morning I woke up and, as always, I opened the shutter of the kitchen.
I looked outside with a still sleeping eyes...and... it was snowing.
Big, soft, cold snowflakes were falling down.
Everything around was white.
So I opened the window and I heard the 'sound' of snow. I love it. I can't describe it.
Then I realized: 'It's snowing. And. I'm. On. Holiday'
I had a fast breakfast, I put on my 'snow' boots, and, of course I had a stroll with my camera.

Isn't it magic?

I love receiving mail, "real" mail: postcards, letters, my magazine....so, I look at the other mailboxes, and I like them... :) This mailbox was in an old house, it is inhabited, and I thought it was interesting because of its colour and it reminds me a tiny house....

An October weekend

.....and this is how fall looks like to me.
yellow and red leaves that fall down from trees, rain, and dark, and mushrooms, a blanket and a movie, some wool sweater, and some hot chocolate, pumpkins, a baking cake in the oven.... (she gave me the idea of the list of what I like of autumn....)
It's not a bad vision, to be honest.


Monday is already here, and this weekend is flown away:
On Saturday I baked some goooood little cakes-that-look-like-muffin-but-they-aren't! (I'm going to share the recipe with you veeery soon, because they are delicious!), then I went to a surprise party for the husband of one of my best friend. All Saturday I was without my boyfriend because he was ill...

On Saturday I took a ride with my bike around Padua, and....how I love my city!!!

On the afternoon I finally met my Mr, and because he was ill...we finished to watch How I met your mother 8, so... where can we buy the last season?
Personally I'm not in love with these last seasons, but you know, we want to know how everything ends!!!

I discover a new sport: ultimate frisbee

Happy Monday to you all!!!
So I had a very busy week, that's why I didn't write so much in this little corner of mine!
On Saturday and Sunday I knew a new sport: ultimate frisbee.
One of my cousin plays this sport, her team had a competition on Saturday and Sunday, and...guess who was the photographer?
My cousin asked me if I could take some photos, and I said "Yes, why no?".
Do you wanna know something?
It's hard, very very hard, taking good photos of people playing ultimate frisbee. The frisbee is little, it flies quickly, and it not easy to take photos of it. You can imagine how difficult is taking good photos.
I took 1122 photos.... :), and I think just 50 are good...

I even met a very kind guy... he had a very good lens (70-300mm), I told him "..wow!you had a great lens!!!" and he lent it too me for the rest of the afternoon...

Around Padua....Villa Contarini, Piazzola sul Brenta

Mr and I are really exploring the city we're living!
I think it's wonderful living in a place full of history, and, luckly, Mr thinks the same....
We visited "Villa Contarini" in Piazzola sul Brenta, in Padua.
Unfortunately, we weren't allowed to take photos of the inside of the villa...but there were a huge park.....

And we met this family....aren't them cute?!?!
